The Anti-Geek Stance
Awesome, interesting and intelligent people struggle with technology. The reason why they struggle isn’t because they don’t get technology; they struggle because the geeks that made the technology don’t get them. Geeks always say they make technology easy to use, but most times they don’t because they lack that common sense and normal train-of-thought that the rest of us have. So many people feel computer illiterate or even stupid because a piece of technology doesn’t make sense to them, when in actuality, the technology is probably the one that doesn’t make sense.
I’m here to wire about the ways I use technology and talk about it in a real way, both the things that are great about it and the things that suck about it. Because of the economy and the unique position I’m in, being self-employed, a blog writer and in touch with a variety of businesses and individuals, I’m going to try to give common sense business advice. I hope to affect people in a positive, real way.

I live in Tampa, Fl. and I love it here. I was born in Bradenton, Fl. and for most of my life I grew up on one of the most beautiful places on Earth, Anna Maria Island. I make my living as a realistic technology consultant.
